Family Christmas Picture 2008

We needed to take a family picture for our Christmas cards this year. It was very difficult to get a good one, we finally had to bribe the girls with gum. You can see some of the gum if you look closely at their mouths. I think it turned out alright. Thanks Nikki's Mom for taking the picture for us!

Merry Christmas from the Anderson Family and have a Happy New Year!

Weekend with Buddy

Buddy is a teddy bear from pre-school that the kids get to take turns taking home over the weekends. He's kind of like a class pet. So, we had to take him every where Elizabeth went the weekend of December 5th through 7th. That happened to be a very busy weekend for us. :) At the end of the weekend, we were supposed to record all our activities with Buddy in a little scrap book, hence all the picutres. Merry Christmas and Enjoy!

Elizabeth was so excited to get to sleep with Buddy. She was attached to him the second she brought him home.

We got up early and went to breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa Dennett and their friend Keith at Mel's Diner in Boulder City.

Elizabeth and Buddy wanted to sit next to Keith.

Next we played with Victoria at Grandma and Grandpa Dennett's house until it was time for...

Parent Observation Day at Ballet class. Not only did Mommy and Victoria get to watch Eizabeth dance, but so did Buddy!

Saturday night was the Christmas Light Parade in Boulder City so Buddy got to go to that with Elizbaeth and her family. I think his favorite float was the Grinch and Whos from Whoville.

Buddy and Elizabeth got to sit on Santa's lap that day. Elizabeth and Buddy each want a glow stick for Christmas, and Elizabeth would also like it if Victoria could get one too.

That night Buddy got to play with the rest of Elizabeth's toys in her room. They had plenty of little pretend friends that night.

Sunday morning we decided it was time to put up Christmas lights on our house. So, of course, Buddy had to help.

He stayed home the rest of the day while we went to Church, and then on Monday moring he went back to Tiny Tots to tell everyone all the fun things he got to do with Elizabeth that weekend.

Thanksgiving 2008

For Thanksgiving, most of Nikki's siblings came to her parents' house. There were lots of kids and it was really busy, but we had a lot of fun. Below are some of the pictures of thos who attened. Happy Turkey Day! Bailey, Maddi, and Morgan

Playing with more cousins...

It was raining on Thanksgiving day so we brought over this fun climber and put it in my parents' garage for the kids to spend some energy on. It turned out to be quite a hit with the little ones (and the parents too). :)

The kids had fun playing dress up, although I think the boys dressed up more than the girls.
